I tell you it definitely takes a VILLAGE. I want to apologize to all my current and past Rivertown buyers that I have not been able to be there to finish completing your homes. God has blessed me with a community which surrounds me that has helped us get through this moment. I appreciate everybody that is able to contribute to our meal train. Has provided gift cards or financial contributions as well as surprise visits with meals. I hope I am able to return to the neighborhood within the next 5 weeks

Ate my lunch so quick that I didn't get a picture but thanks to for a delicious lunch of turkey, brisket, beans and greens. Thank you so much and I'm praying for our workers and their safe return.

Happy Monday; officially 3 weeks since my accident. I've definitely come a long way. I have three more weeks till I am possibly able to put some weight on my right foot. Thank you for all of the kind words and prayers. This is definitely been the hardest experience of my life. I will be returning home on the 28th. My friend Dolores will be coordinating meals for Sophia and I as she will be busy with her three jobs in school and I will not be able to cook for a while. Hoping that I heal quickly and can get back to work soon.

May, I finished our year end closings with this last house that closed for Max and his family. They're joining us from Canada and originally from Columbia very excited to have them in the neighborhood.

It's been a while since I've worked on this process. has definitely made the process easier and stills provides a beautiful outcome. I get satisfaction from removing dirt and making something new again

Rob, Cole and I closed my 6th home in May that I built for Ozzy and Colleen. We're excited to welcome them to the Rivertown community.

Met Mark and Trish on closing day for my 5th build closing in May. Had a wonderful time with Marks sister, niece and their realtor Teresa making sure this would be a wonderful home for them to land in Jacksonville.
