Vanessa Ramirez is a licensed Realtor and Community Association Manager with a long-standing passion for real estate and property management. She obtained her real estate license in 2012 and has remained active in the industry ever since, helping clients navigate important real estate decisions with professionalism and care.
Her career in property management began in 2017, when she entered the field as an Administrative Assistant. As she became more involved in the day-to-day operations of communities, vendor coordination, board relations, projects, and homeowner communication, she developed a strong interest in community association management. Over time, that interest grew into a true passion for the field.
Driven by a desire to take on a larger role and continue growing professionally, Vanessa obtained her Community Association Manager license and expanded her career into property management. She especially enjoys working closely with Boards of Directors, building strong professional relationships, overseeing community projects, and helping associations operate smoothly and effectively.
With experience in both real estate and property management, Vanessa brings a well-rounded perspective, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to the communities and clients she serves. She truly enjoys what she does and takes pride in continuing to grow within the industry
