The Hamilton is in the perfect spot if Miami Spice is on your radar. Close to many participating restaurant locations, Miami Spice offers deals and meals that taste even better than the price. I tried Makoto. I enjoyed a $35 dollar lunch with crispy rice, sushi plate, and a chocolate yuzu cake, with a mocktail adding $9 dollars. The Hamilton is fortunate to be located in the historic Edgewater Miami. During the 1920s-1960s Edgewater was known as a high end shopping district. Hamilton History:
Initially, The Hamilton was developed by entities associated with the Arison family, who also founded Carnival Cruise Line. Built in 1984, The Hamilton was built as a rental building with relaxing amenities such as, a bayfront pool and koi pond! The amenities still stand today. Head to the lobby to see the newly added koi fish pond, we have excitedly brought them back!

Thanks to Paint the Town and our amazing instructor Rebecca, our residents tapped into their inner artists and created their own dreamy beach paradise paintings.
