Independent survey party chiefs — Orlando, Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville (1099, paid per survey)

Surveyfy is a licensed Florida surveying & mapping firm (Miami) adding independent field crews in Central and North Florida. Field work only — our PSMs are in responsible charge; we draft and seal.

How it works
• We send the job packet: deed, plat, prior surveys, control and our code list.
• You send back: coded point file, raw file, field notes, monument photos and a sketch.
• Paid per survey, not per hour — flat rate per standard platted lot; larger lots, unplatted parcels and topo quoted per job.
• Jobs grouped by area so your day fills up. Weekends and after-hours welcome.
• Paid weekly by ACH or Zelle once we receive your data.

What you need
• Your own RTK GPS (FPRN is fine) and a total station or robot. Truck.
• 2+ years as a party chief in Florida, comfortable with platted and sectional boundaries.
• W-9 and proof of insurance (GL; workers' comp exemption if you work solo).

Surveyfy es una firma de topografía licenciada en Florida (Miami) y está sumando cuadrillas independientes en el centro y norte del estado. Solo trabajo de campo: nuestros PSM están a cargo, nosotros dibujamos y firmamos.

Cómo funciona
• Te enviamos el paquete: deed, plat, surveys anteriores, control y nuestra lista de códigos.
• Tú devuelves: archivo de puntos codificado, raw file, notas de campo, fotos de monumentos y sketch.
• Pago por survey, no por hora: tarifa fija por lote residencial platted estándar; lotes grandes, unplatted y topo se cotizan por trabajo.
• Agrupamos trabajos por zona para que te rinda el día. Fines de semana y después de horario bienvenidos.
• Pago semanal por ACH o Zelle al recibir tus datos.

Qué necesitas
• GPS RTK propio (FPRN sirve) y estación total o robot. Camioneta.
• 2+ años como party chief en Florida, con manejo de boundaries platted y en secciones.

It's a point cloud: a golf course in South Florida flown with drone LiDAR — every point with a coordinate, an elevation and a color — open in our own workstation. Fairway, bunkers, lake edge, tree line: one model the course architect can design on.

Contours under the turf, every tree with its height, cart paths as linework. No rod on the fairway, no closed course.
