CONSTRUCTION ON TERRA, ONE THOUSAND GROUP AND MAJOR FOOD GROUP’S WATERFRONT EDGEWATER TOWER VILLA MIAMI SURPASSES 21ST FLOOR 🚁🔱🌴🏗️ , and have passed a major construction milestone at , the highly anticipated branded residential tower, which has now risen to 21 floors above Biscayne Bay. The 56-story, 650-foot landmark tower features interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles and architecture by . Set for completion in late 2027, Villa Miami is a landmark waterfront tower that cements Edgewater’s rise as Miami’s next great luxury neighborhood. It comprises just 70 half- and full-floor residences, each offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The tower recently unveiled its $55 million penthouse residence, a fully finished and designed “estate in the sky” crowning the building. Construction is overseen by .

Villa Miami is a collaboration between two of Miami’s most notable development firms, Terra and One Thousand Group, and also marks the first branded residential tower by Major Food Group, the acclaimed team behind CARBONE, ZZ’s Club, and Dirty French. The group has curated every aspect of the resident experience, from interiors to culinary programming. At the heart of the tower is The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite with private dining, lounges, screening room, salon, wellness facilities, and a rooftop helipad. On the ground floor, a waterfront restaurant by Major Food Group will offer residents VIP access and priority seating.
