We just closed on my clients purchase of her home, in which she had to sell, because of it being a two story home, and due to her health, she needed a single story home.
•
I was able to get us under contract , 20K under asking price.
•
In this market, with such low inventory, and an abundance of buyers, it is not so easy, to make that happen.
•
Today we celebrate 🥂 for her and her husband, as they get to enjoy their new home, and continue to make great memories, with their family.

I was able to get my client, exactly the amount she wanted for her home.
•
The home sat on the market a little over a month, and she was thinking about lowering the price. I told her let’s give it some time, because rates are about to come down.
•
Sure enough, when the rates dropped, we were able to get a full asking offer.
•
Now we will be closing on the purchase of her new property, and she will have plenty of money left over after her purchase.
•
In this industry, and in this city, it really matters who you work with.

This client was working with another realtor and I guess got lazy on him, because after showing a few houses he stopped answering his phone (typical realtor).
•
So I ended up connecting with this buyer and we were searching for a few months to find him the house that made sense for him.
•
We finally found this property down in Homestead and I was able to get it for him $30K under appraised value.
•
