From concrete block to a finished home, every detail matters.

Window installation is underway at Basleq Investment Group’s two-story residential project at 12216 SW 220th St. in Cutler Bay.

For this phase, the windows were sourced directly from the manufacturer to help control costs. The installation team is using ¾-inch wood bucking and completing the work according to code as the project prepares for inspection.

From an $850K purchase to a $2.15M sale—and now under contract for $2.65M.

Basleq Investment Group purchased 1200 Cleveland Road in Miami Beach in 2022 for $850,000. Following a full transformation, Basleq sold the property in 2023 for $2.15 million.

The property is now under contract for $2.65 million.

Basleq no longer owns this property, and this is not our listing. We’re sharing the project history to show how strategic renovation and thoughtful development can reposition a home and help create long-term value.
