Lately, I’ve been more intentional about the events I attend and the people I connect with. One of my goals when I walk into a room is to meet at least 3 new people. And I accomplished it.
Attending the Earn Your Leisure University (EYLU) South Florida EYL University 🎓 mixer in Sistrunk was intentional. I was truly in the right place at the right time, connecting with the right people.
I connected with a financial professional advisor with New York Life specializing in wealth preservation and accumulation, analyst working on an innovative project, and members of the Black Professionals Network (BPN).
Another highlight was seeing my bro, Duriel Taylor 𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙡 𝙏𝙖𝙮𝙡𝙤𝙧 , share insights on the current state of the market, highlighting Lauderhill, Pompano Beach, and Miami Gardens as cities to watch, and shared his projections for 2030.
So proud of you, D✊🏾
I left with greater clarity, valuable financial insights, and—best of all—new memories with my NOUVEAUX girls, Gina Gina Saint-Hubert 🔹 Broward & Palm Beach Realtor & Ninekema Ninekema Turenne.
To the event curators and Regional Directors of EYLU South Florida, job well done Malika 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐚 | 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 & Emonde Emonde M Prosper. I loved the book exchange concept and am already looking forward to reading my new book! 🙌🏾
You two are leading the pack and shepherding with intention—creating spaces that provide real value, sparking great conversations, and helping to shift the financial trajectory of our lives.
I’m looking forward to attending more events, building longterm relationships, and continuing to learn from rooms like this.
