Miami has never been just one thing.
An August 2026 study by ranked Miami the most relaxing city in the United States and sixth worldwide, with a relaxation score of 63.3 out of 100.
The analysis looked at 50 global cities, measuring factors such as access to green spaces, wellness offerings, air quality, sunshine, traffic and overall happiness.
For me, the larger takeaway is about quality of life.
The buyers I work with are not only asking about architecture, finishes and views. They are thinking about how a home supports the rhythm of everyday life.
Natural light. Access to the water. Outdoor space. Privacy. Wellness. Thoughtful service. The ability to move between the energy of the city and a quieter place to recharge.
That may be Miami’s greatest advantage. You do not have to choose between connection and retreat. Both can exist here, sometimes within the same address.
If you are considering a move, let’s talk about the part of Miami that fits the way you want to live.
