I market properties,coordinate contract signing, forms and disclosures required by NY State and the Federal government. I arrange site inspections and make sure all permits on the home are in place before closing. I communicate with mortgage brokers,lenders, attorneys. I have knowledge of neighborhood sales, home values and the bank process. I assist buyers in locating lenders and obtaining finance. I pre qualify buyers for readiness, willingness and ability to buy which is extremely important in this market. I handle negotiation, balancing offers and counteroffers. I manage and coordinate the major stages until the contract of sale is complete
