You're invited to our Friday Night Fuel happening tomorrow from 4–7 PM at The 240 Apartments! ✨

Come join the fun, grab some delicious bites from the Rusty Dog food truck, and stop by to chat with us! 🌭

Our lender, Amanda, will be on-site to answer questions, explain the financing process, and share helpful insights about your homebuying options. We can also walk you through our Trade Up Program and how it may help make moving into your next home a little easier.

Whether you're just starting to think about buying, wondering what your current home could mean for your next purchase, or simply want to learn more about your financing options, this is a great opportunity to get your questions answered.

There’s no pressure, just good food, good conversation, and valuable information to help you understand your options. We’d love to see you there! 🏡❤️

Fall is a great time to start thinking about what’s next. 🍂🍁

Why just rent when you can start building toward your dream home? With the CBH Trade Up Program, every month you rent in one of our communities brings you closer to homeownership while helping you save along the way.

You can earn up to $5,000* toward closing costs, upgrades, and more when you decide to purchase a CBH home in the future.

A little extra savings now can go a long way toward your future home. 🏡

*Some restrictions apply. See cbhhomes.com/trade-up for complete details.
