🌲 CLOSED IN MEREDITH! 🦌🏡

This one was never about building a house — it was about finding the right piece of land.

Congratulations to my buyers, a father and son who now have 11+ acres of their own to hunt, explore, and simply enjoy the great outdoors together. 🌲

Land transactions can come with their own unique details, and this one certainly gave us a few things to work through along the way. But in the end, we got it to the closing table, and they walked away with exactly what they were looking for — a beautiful piece of New Hampshire to call their own.

I love that this property will be a place for them to spend time together, make memories, and hopefully tell a few good hunting stories for years to come. 🦌🍂

When I shared that we were under contract after just one day on the market, I knew we had an incredible outcome ahead of us. What I didn’t know then was that this sale would also appear to set a new record.

After researching historical MLS and public-record sales on both Upper and Lower Suncook Lake, $1,005,000 appears to be the highest recorded sale of a true shoreline home on Suncook Lake.

I’m truly proud to have achieved this result, but even more grateful for the trust these sellers placed in me with a decision I knew was very important to them.

And I couldn’t have asked for a better next chapter for this home.

The buyers already have family connections on Suncook Lake and now have a place of their own where everyone can gather. Knowing that this home will continue to be filled with family, friends, lake days and memories for years to come feels like such a fitting outcome.

I’d also like to acknowledge their agent facilitator, who was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Great communication and collaboration on both sides helped make for a smooth and successful transaction.

A record sale is certainly something to celebrate, but seeing my sellers move forward and knowing this home will continue to be filled with family, lake days and new memories is a pretty great ending to this chapter.

19 Town Village is officially SOLD! 🏡💚

This one really reminds me how much of my business is built on relationships, trust, and people connecting me with people they care about.

This seller came to me through a trusted colleague who has since moved out of state but continues to send her New Hampshire referrals my way. This is actually the third referral she has sent me this year that has now successfully closed—and I don’t take that kind of trust lightly. ❤️

And, she certainly sent me a good one! My seller was an absolute dream to work with. Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, a fantastic communicator and always one step ahead. She trusted the process, we had a plan from the beginning, and we worked really well together. From getting the home ready for market right through to the closing table. This one involved an incredible amount of patience with ensuring every one of the buyers questions and concerns were thoroughly researched and answered accordingly.

We were thoughtful about pricing, purposeful with our pre-marketing—especially since we couldn’t have a sign on the property—and when the offers came in, we focused not just on price, but on the terms and timeline that worked best for her.
