Since 2006, I have been actively helping clients just like you achieve their dreams. I recognize that any real estate transaction often represents your largest financial investment; I have developed a strong skill set -one which allows me to guide clients successfully through the buying and selling process. I have a reputation as an agent of integrity that is built on my commitment to always putting my clients’ need above my own. I was born and raised in Seattle and know it inside and out-which is exactly what you want in your buyer’s agent. My knowledge of the area, including neighborhood amenities, is in valuable in your home search. I love working with buyers, and there’s nothing more rewarding than handing someone the keys to their new home. I have solid strategies for sellers, from a comprehensive marketing plan to negotiating the final details of a contract; I am a skilled listing agent. With advice on topics such as suggested repairs or renovations and staging that will help you attract top dollar for your home my expertise can make the difference between your home sitting on the market …and selling. As an experienced investor, I bring an abundance of knowledge, professionalism, and topnotch service to each and every client. Because I have investment properties myself, I understand the complex needs of the investor client-and the skills to work with them. When not working, I enjoy an active life in the Pacific Northwest; The Special Olympics is an organization that is near and dear to my heart. For many years, I have volunteered as a coach in their basketball, track and softball programs.

As we head into the holiday season, the Beacon Hill market is offering buyers more room to explore and sellers more reason to be thoughtful about pricing. With 3.8 months of supply, conditions are more balanced, but the right home can still stand out.

Whether you're planning a move soon or looking ahead to 2027, let's talk about what the current market means for your goals.

A first home, built from the ground up.

Congratulations to Tiffanie and Andrew on closing on their new construction home in Federal Way! After going under contract in January, they got to watch on as their future home took shape, making this an especially exciting milestone as first-time buyers.

With space to work from home and a good-sized yard for their furry family member, this home is perfect for their next chapter. I’m grateful to have been connected with them through Andrew’s parents, who are also past clients, and to be part of another family’s homeownership journey. Congrats again!

When you're in the market for a new place to call your own, it's easy to focus on the details: the bedrooms, square footage, kitchen status and recent updates.

Part of my work with buyers is helping them see not just the house, but what life there could look like. A home is truly more than its features.

Thinking about selling your home? A little preparation before putting it on the market can go a long way.

Taking care of small repairs, decluttering, and making sure your home shows its best can help you feel more prepared and make a strong first impression with potential buyers.

Not every update needs to be a major renovation. Sometimes the smaller details can make a big difference.

Seattle’s summer slump may be pointing to something bigger. New listings are up 15% year over year, sales are down 13%, and absorption is near 3.6 months, so we could be nearing the first true buyer’s market since 2011.

This isn’t 2011, though. Most homeowners have strong equity, and short sales and foreclosures aren’t driving the market. With inventory at a 15-year high, it’s a great time to trade up. Thinking about a move? Let’s run the numbers together.

The Eastside’s summer slump is a sign of things to come. New listings are up 31% year over year, sales are down 9%, and absorption is over 4 months, making this the first true buyer’s market since 2011.

Even so, 36% of homes still sold above list price, so pricing it right still pays off. Most homeowners also have strong equity, which makes this nothing like 2011. With inventory at a 15-year high, it’s a great time to trade up. Thinking about a move? Let’s run the numbers together.
