When someone trusts you with a real estate transaction, they’re trusting you with far more than paperwork.

They’re trusting you with the down payment they spent years saving. The equity they built over time. The money tied to whatever comes next.
And the way we protect that trust has to keep evolving.

As fraud becomes more sophisticated, so must the measures we take to help protect the people we serve. At WFG, security isn’t something we consider once and move on from. It stays at the forefront of how we evaluate our processes, our technology and the experience we create for our clients.

Because protecting a transaction isn’t only about protecting funds. It’s about protecting the person behind them. And consumers are telling us how much that matters.

Research reported by ALTA found that 79% of consumers surveyed would be willing to pay more to work with real estate providers who prioritize wire fraud security.

Security isn’t separate from exceptional service.
It’s part of it.

Exceptional service isn’t always about the big moments. Most of the time, it’s found in the smaller ones.

It’s the call that happens before a client starts wondering what’s going on. It’s explaining something one more time because a first-time buyer has never done this before.

It’s recognizing that a seller is overwhelmed and taking an extra minute to walk them through what comes next. It’s getting an agent the answer they need quickly enough to keep a transaction moving.

Those moments rarely make it onto a closing statement. But they’re often the moments people remember.

At WFG, we believe service isn’t a department. It’s the sum of every interaction and every experience we create along the way. And perhaps the measure we’re proudest of is what our customers tell us in return: an NPS of 95. Not because the number itself is the goal, but because of what it represents: people who felt cared for, communicated with and confident enough in their experience to recommend WFG to someone else.

That’s why we obsess over service.
Everything we do is because of you.

For most people, buying a home isn’t something they do every day. So when a client asks, “What exactly does the title company do?” it’s a completely fair question.

Before ownership changes hands, there are questions that need answers. Who legally owns the property? Are there liens or other recorded matters affecting title? Are there issues that need to be addressed before closing? How
does the buyer protect their ownership after the transaction is complete?

That’s where title professionals come in.
We research. We identify. We help resolve. We coordinate. And through title insurance, we help protect against covered title risks.

For real estate professionals, understanding that process makes it easier to prepare clients. For buyers and sellers, understanding it can make an unfamiliar process feel a lot less intimidating.

Because confidence often starts with knowing what’s happening and why.

A closing photo captures a moment.
The keys. The smiles. The beginning of something new.

What it doesn’t capture are the years someone spent saving for the down payment.

The memories a seller is leaving behind.

The agent who spent months helping a family find the right place. Or the countless details being handled behind the scenes to get everyone to this moment.

That’s what we never want to lose sight of. Because to us, a closing isn’t a file moving across a desk. It’s someone’s next chapter. And we’re honored to be trusted with a small part of it.

Everything we do is because of you

A real estate transaction can look like paperwork, signatures, and deadlines. But that’s rarely what it feels like to the person living it.

It’s a first-time buyer imagining the moment they finally turn the key.

It’s a seller standing in an empty room one last time, noticing the pencil marks still on the doorway, the faint outline where family photos once hung, and the floors that carried years of first steps and everyday life.

It’s an agent who has been there through the questions, uncertainty and decisions, helping someone move toward what’s next.

We believe title and escrow should honor the significance of those moments. By anticipating what comes next. Communicating before you have to ask. Making the complicated feel simpler. Because exceptional service isn’t about being noticed. It’s about making sure the person you’re serving feels seen.

Everything we do is because of you.

Today we honor the Indigenous peoples who have called this land home for countless generations. The heritage, resilience, and traditions they continue to carry forward to the communities we serve. At WFG National Title, we recognize that the land beneath every home we help protect carries a rich history worth remembering and respecting.

Buying or selling a home asks a lot of people.
There are documents to understand. Deadlines to remember. Questions to ask.

Decisions to make. And often, an entire life being packed into boxes at the same time. We don’t believe navigating your closing should add to that complexity.

That’s why WFG created MyHome, a centralized place designed to help consumers stay connected to their transaction and better understand what’s happening along the way.

For agents, it’s another way to help clients feel informed. For buyers and sellers, it brings greater visibility to a process that can otherwise feel unfamiliar.

Because the best technology shouldn’t demand more of you. It should quietly make your experience better.

Everything we do is because of you.

Your client gets an email late in the afternoon.
Closing is tomorrow. The message says the wiring instructions have changed and the funds need to be sent immediately to avoid a delay.

What would they do?
That’s the moment that matters.

Research reported by the American Land Title Association found one in four buyers surveyed had been targeted by wire fraud, with growing threats from impersonation schemes and AI-enabled scams.

Real estate professionals spend months helping clients find the right home, negotiate the contract and make it to closing. Helping them recognize a fraudulent request can be just as important.

Talk about wire fraud before closing week. Establish how important information will be communicated. Give clients permission to question anything unexpected.

An informed client is a harder target.

📈 Why do the big keep getting bigger, and where does that leave smaller companies?

As companies scale, some expenses grow with them. Others, like technology and compliance, don't necessarily increase at the same rate. That can give larger organizations a significant advantage and help drive industry consolidation.

But bigger doesn't mean unbeatable. 💡

In this clip from WFG's Industry Perspective Q2 2026, economist Dr. Bill Conerly explains why smaller, nimble companies can still compete by finding the niches, markets, and opportunities larger organizations may overlook.

It's a fascinating look at scale, competition, and why there may always be room for the "little guys" to win. 📊

What will separate the winners from everyone else?
According to WFG Chairman and Founder Patrick F. Stone, the answer is simple: efficiency.

The organizations that remove time, effort, and unnecessary costs from the transaction while delivering a better customer experience will be the ones that thrive.

Economist Dr. Bill Conerly builds on that idea by highlighting another opportunity: with many small business owners approaching retirement, the next generation of leaders may find more opportunities to step into ownership than ever before.

It's an insightful conversation about efficiency, leadership, customer experience, and the future of the real estate industry.
