Some homes are worth the wait. 🏡❤️

This was one of the most challenging transactions we've worked through. Nearly 90 days of negotiations, unexpected challenges, patience, and persistence to finally make this closing happen.

But our clients had very special reasons for falling in love with this property. It wasn't just another house. It was a home they truly wanted, and we were determined to explore every possible solution.
