🏡❤️ Some closings are just a little more special than others…

Today, I had the absolute honor of helping the sweetest Miss Patty Croy sell her longtime family home. At 97 years young, Patty is closing one beautiful chapter filled with a lifetime of memories. ❤️

This wasn't just a house. It was the home where she raised her 4 babies, watched them grow into incredible people, and created memories that will forever live within those walls. 🏡💕

And if you're familiar with Marysville, you might remember Croy's Bait Shop! 🎣 Patty and her husband Richard owned and operated the little bait shop that once stood where the Richwood Bank parking area is today. In fact, Richwood Bank proudly displays a plaque honoring Croy's Bait Shop in the very spot where it once stood. What a special piece of Marysville history and a beautiful reminder of the legacy their family has left in this community! ❤️

I'm sure going to miss our Friday grocery runs and card visits, and me having to remind Patty that Raspberry Danishes are NOT considered a main food group! 😂❤️

Thank you for the laughs, the stories, the sweet memories, and most importantly, for trusting me to help you with such a monumental milestone in your life.
