We have been finding this "repair" frequently lately. While electrical tape is good for many things including bandages, I would not recommend using this technique long term. This may lead to water damages to cabinets and subfloor.

Two almost identical blue bathtubs in two days. Are they coming back or outdated? The second one had a matching blue toilet but no blue sinks in sight.
