We now offer quarterly routine maintenance home checks!
This service is perfect for:
• Elderly homeowners who may need a little extra help keeping an eye on things
• Landlords who want routine checks on their rental properties
• Busy homeowners who simply don’t have time to keep up with all the little things
• Anyone who wants to catch small problems before they turn into BIG, expensive issues!
Our Routine Maintenance Plan includes 4 check-ins per year — one each quarter.
During each visit, we’ll check:
âś“ Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors and replace batteries as needed
âś“ HVAC filters and replace them as needed
âś“ Under sinks, around toilets, and visible plumbing for leaks
âś“ Faucets and drains for drips or slow drainage
âś“ Water heater for visible leaks, corrosion, or other concerns
âś“ Visible supply lines and shut-off valves
âś“ Doors and windows for obvious sealing or operational issues
âś“ Exterior caulking and sealant around doors and windows
âś“ Exterior hose bibs for leaks
âś“ Visible siding, soffit and fascia for damage or loose areas
âś“ Interior ceilings and walls for signs of water leaks or staining
âś“ Dryer vent exterior for obvious blockage or buildup
âś“ General visual check for anything that may need attention
