🏡 79 Central Ave, Seekonk, MA has officially found its next owner.

This one was a journey. Nearly a full year on the market, countless showings, a few repairs, a relisting, and plenty of ups and downs along the way. But we stayed the course, adjusted when needed, and kept working toward the right outcome.

I wish more people knew that living on the South Coast really is the best of two worlds. 🌊

You’re about an hour south of Boston, with access to commuting by car or train, and just 30 minutes from Cape Cod when you need a little reset.

And the best part? You don’t have to leave to find something to do. From incredible restaurants and local art to shopping, waterfront views, and charming coastal communities, there’s so much to enjoy right here at home.

A little coastal living, a little city access, and a whole lot to love.

Some days remind you exactly why you love doing business on the South Coast.

Last week was one of those days.

I had the chance to tour six different properties across Marion and Mattapoisett as part of a South Coast brokers tour, ending the day at my own listing at 48 Ichabod Ln in Marion.

It was a great opportunity to get inside some beautiful homes, connect with other local agents and see what’s happening throughout the Marion and Mattapoisett real estate market.

A big thank you to Jack Conway for hosting and to Cape Cod 5 for providing lunch and helping make the day such a great experience.

And one of my favorite parts? Getting to team up with my wife and The Wandering Pour 🥂

Real estate and mobile bartending may be two different businesses, but there’s something pretty special about getting to bring them together. I got to show everyone the properties, while Kristen took care of the drinks, and together we created a day that felt welcoming, relaxed and memorable.

Good people, beautiful homes, great conversations and a crisp Prosecco in hand. Not a bad way to spend a morning on the South Coast.

And finishing at 48 Ichabod Ln made it even better.
