There's a certain sweetness to staying right in the heart of a small town.

Downtown Marion Suites puts you on Tower Square, where you can wander to coffee, dinner, local boutiques, ice cream, murals, community events, or catch a ticketed show at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center. Experience a downtown that's been thoughtfully revitalized with that hallmark small-town charm.

And when you're ready to retreat you've got your own private boutique suite and a hot tub overlooking the square.

Spend the day exploring Lake of Egypt or the Shawnee National Forest, then come back to a walkable downtown without big-city traffic, parking headaches, or the need to plan every minute.

It's small-town slow living with a little city twist. Modern comforts, local character, and room to actually relax.

🍁 The leaves are beginning to turn, and you can see the first hints of fall color in the background! The slow transition into autumn on the farm is beautiful.

While all of our crops have been 3 and 4 weeks early this season, Mother Nature has held off a little on one of her most magnificent shows.

🟡 This coming week during your visit to Rendleman Orchards, you’ll see the color building.

🟠 First week of November 2-8, will dazzle with peak color in The Shawnee National Forest and on the farm.

🔴 Second week of November 9-15, we’ll see late fall color, looking like an endless rainbow of Autumn all around us.

🟤 The third week of November brings the crunching sound of leaves with every footstep and the rustling of wildlife enjoying quiet season on the farm and in our woods.

🍂 The Cottage at Rendleman Orchards is available year-round and gives a different view of the property we know you’ll love as much as we do.

One of our most-asked questions: Which rentals have a hot tub?

More than half of our Southern Illinois properties do. That’s 30+ places to soak under the stars, each offering its own kind of escape. Think lakeside views, full forest immersion, or a soak overlooking Tower Square.

Filter by hot tub on our website to find your kind of getaway, because a hot tub in the woods is pretty hard to beat.
