So excited for my buyers to move into their new home in Acworth!! 🏡

This one definitely had a few unexpected moments, but I’m so happy with how it worked out!

How we made it happen 👇

1️⃣ Multiple offers: This home was priced very competitively so we knew there would be a lot of interest.

2️⃣ Our 1st offer: We weren’t necessarily in the strongest position but decided it was worth taking a chance. Unfortunately, our offer wasn’t accepted.

3️⃣ Staying diligent: The home ended up coming back on the market and we were ready to put in another offer!

4️⃣ Our 2nd offer: This time we were able to reduce our contingencies while negotiating better terms for my buyers to ultimately get the home!

Sometimes things don’t work out the first time around, but that doesn’t mean they won’t work out at all!

So excited for my clients and welcome to the neighborhood! 💕

To the first responders who show up for our community every day... THANK YOU! 🚒🚓🚑

For those who may not know, I worked for the Cobb County Fire Department for two years, so this program holds a very special meaning for me.

Through our Service Stars program, I’m honored to give back by contributing a portion of my commission toward closing costs for my first responder clients.

Whether you're ready to jump into the housing market or are just starting to look into the idea, reach out for more info on this amazing program and let me help open the door to your next opportunity. 🚪🏠
