🏡 Even with my experience selling another home destroyed by fire, listing appointments like this pull on my heart strings. At the end of the day, we have to thank God for no loss of life & homes that are still standing. 🙌🏾🙏🏽

In this case, there was more smoke than fire damage, so the owner was able to START the reconstruction process… but, life happens and sometimes plans change. To be continued ….

When you own a home, having homeowners insurance is a MUST, regardless of the value, or perceived value, of your home. Don’t shortchange yourself; protect your home and protect your peace 🙏🏽
