October, you were full in all the best ways. 🤍

Wrapping up another beautiful month of island living… and officially welcoming Christmas. Yes, I’m one of those people.

There’s something so special about life on the water. Whether it’s watching a childhood unfold through sailing adventures or having the privilege of showcasing some truly incredible waterfront properties, the beauty of this island never gets old.

Saturday morning bakery runs, Sundays cheering on Da Bears, and all the little moments in between.

One final senior night, closing out cross country with some big tears. This team was something truly special, and watching this chapter come to an end was bittersweet.

A rare and much-needed sister visit, complete with golf lessons from the very best teacher I could ask for.

And through it all, constant reminders of just how abundant this life is. The days are busy, the seasons are changing, and the years seem to move faster than ever.
Grateful for all of it.

October, you were a good one. Now bring on the Christmas music!

Realtor.com just ranked Naples/Marco Island No. 1 in the nation for average public elementary school ratings associated with luxury home listings, with an impressive regional average of 9.3 out of 10.

Even better, our own Tommie Barfield Elementary School was specifically featured in the article.

From, it’s dedicated educators and community involvement to enrichment opportunities, including chess, violin, and foreign languages, it’s wonderful to see our local school highlighted on a national platform.

The report also revealed another interesting distinction in our luxury real estate market. While the national luxury listing price threshold declined 3.6% year over a year, Naples–Marco Island experienced an 8.9% increase.
