A little less woods, a little more progress. 🚜🌳

We’re back at 103 Sheridan in Cape May, and things are starting to look different. The lot is getting cleared, equipment is moving, and we’re working through the details that come before the foundation.

From the water table to the conservation easement, there’s more to building here than just picking a floor plan. We’re bringing you along to show what actually goes into it.

Follow along as we take this one from a wooded lot to a finished home. 🏡

POV: 20 active projects and we’re officially running on hopes and dreams. 💀🔨

Between managing crews, meeting deadlines, and keeping everything on track, sometimes you just need a minute… on the job site floor. 😂
But the work doesn’t stop, so neither do we! 💪

524 W Main Street in Maple Shade is SOLD!

Grateful for the employees, subcontractors, and agents who helped push this flip across the finish line. Not every project is a home run—this house threw us a few surprises that cut into the margins.

Once we opened things up, it was clear the right move for the future homeowner was a full re-plumb, full rewire, and all new ductwork. Buyers don’t always see what’s behind the walls, but we take pride in delivering solid, safe homes that stand the test of time.

On to the next one.
If you or someone you know has a property in rough shape, we’d be glad to take a look.

NEW FLIP ACQUISITION: Chapel Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ

We picked up a 1,400 SF single-story rancher this week. We are excited to get started on this one!

THE PROPERTY: 3 bed, 1 bath in an established neighborhood. Solid structure with good bones. Needs some work, but that’s what we do.

THE PLAN: 14-day from start renovation timeline with a $20K budget. Focus is on interior paint, new carpet, electrical updates, and a complete cleanout. Keeping it straightforward with quality improvements that buyers actually care about.

THE GOAL: Targeting an ARV around $360K-$370K based on recent comps in the area. Hoping the numbers work out as planned.

This is always the exciting part - taking a property with potential and bringing it back to life. Crews start next week.

Looking forward to sharing the progress!

🔨 17 Blanchard Dr, Deptford – Before & After 🏡
This flip was all about smart buying decisions.

Built in 1987, this home had good bones and solid infrastructure—meaning fewer surprises and a faster turnaround. We were able to bring it back to life with modern finishes and thoughtful updates, completing the full rehab in just under 6 weeks.

When you buy right, everything gets easier—from the budget to the timeline.

💬 Have you ever thought about flipping a newer property vs. an older one?

6 months ago, we opened the doors to a fully renovated, reimagined laundromat in Pemberton Township. We designed Kay’s to be clean, modern, and efficient—and it’s been a hit.

Here’s what’s worked (and what we’ll take into location #2):
• Cleanliness is non-negotiable. It sets the tone and keeps people coming back.
• Equipment quality matters—we invested in the best, and it paid off.
• Good parking = more customers. Never underestimate convenience.
• Cashless/card-based systems are the future—people love the simplicity.
• And most importantly: the community notices when you care.

We’re proud of how Kay’s has performed—and even more proud of the relationships we’ve built locally.

Keep an eye out for our second location coming soon!

Appreciate everyone following along as we grow. We’re just getting started.
