This one started with a review.

My client found me online, read what past clients had to say, and decided to give me a call.

He had a home he’d previously tried to sell with another Realtor without success. We made a plan, got it sold, and built a relationship based on trust along the way.

And now—we’re doing it again, just on the other side of the deal. 🙌

This time, I helped him find his next short-term rental investment right here in Houston.

After running the numbers, I believe they will have over $200,000 worth of equity after closing. Because it has five bedrooms, it protects a very high revenue.
