Okay, I'm just going to say it. This house is NOT for everyone.

If you're NOT looking for a home in a beautiful community, in a great location, and zoned to Mansfield ISD… you should probably skip this one. And if you don't like spacious, open floorplans with a living room that flows right into a beautiful kitchen and dining area… you're definitely going to hate this. Oh, and if having a private office with barn door and a great view of the neighborhood sounds terrible… this is probably not the house for you. Don't even get me started on the downstairs primary suite with its spacious bathroom and walk-in closet.

But here's where it gets really bad. Upstairs, there's this MASSIVE second living room. I mean, who needs THAT much extra space? And then there are three more bedrooms, thoughtfully separated for a little extra privacy. And just when you think you've seen everything… there's ANOTHER bonus room with its own half bath that makes a fantastic media room. And if you absolutely hate having a spacious backyard and a covered patio to enjoy those Texas evenings… well, this one definitely isn't going to work.

But if all of that actually sounds pretty amazing…

Then maybe, just maybe, you need to come see 2815 South Serrano in Mira Lagos. Because apparently, having too much space is a problem some people would LOVE to have. 😂
