What an incredible two days in St. Petersburg, Florida, surrounded by some of the best people in real estate, business & personal development!

Day 1: We had the pleasure of learning from Valorie Burton & James Shaw, diving into resilience, perseverance, mindset & intentional goal setting. A powerful reminder that while we can’t control the market or everything around us, we can control how we respond, adapt & move forward.

Day 2: An incredible lineup of speakers, including Jess Starr, Anna Krueger, Jennie Wolek, Brittney McAllister, Keyra Ford, Byron Mims & Taley Hunt, along with our keynote speaker, Shaun Rawls!

What made Day 2 especially cool was the opportunity to learn from our very own colleagues! Real agents sharing real experiences, strategies, systems & ideas that are working in their businesses TODAY!

There’s something special about being surrounded by people who aren’t just focused on their own success, but are willing to share what they’ve learned to help others succeed too.

What an incredible reminder of what happens when a community comes together for something bigger than ourselves!

A HUGE thank you to the Women’s Council of Realtors for bringing everyone together last week & helping raise over $4,200 in support of breast cancer awareness! What an incredible reminder of what happens when a community comes together for something bigger than ourselves!

I’m incredibly grateful to have personally contributed $300 toward this amazing cause, alongside our very own John Gabriel, who raised $500!

Together, we helped contribute $800 of the $4,200+ raised, representing KW Mid-Hudson! ❤️

Before you start setting goals for 2027, ask yourself one question…

Are you building a life you actually want to live?

We spend so much of our time chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next achievement, that sometimes we forget to stop and appreciate what we already have.

And more importantly, we forget to ask ourselves if we’re even heading in the right direction. As we approach the end of 2026, I challenge you to ask yourself these questions:

What do I have that I don’t want?
What am I holding onto that’s no longer serving me?
What do I want that I don’t have?
And WHY is it important to me?
Does my calendar reflect my values?
Am I spending my time on what truly matters, or just what’s demanding my attention?
Am I clear about where I’m going and why?
Am I pursuing something meaningful, or am I just staying busy?
Am I clear about who I’m becoming?
Will the person I’m becoming make me proud when I look back on my life?

Here’s something I’ve come to realize…

Success means very little if you aren’t present enough to enjoy it.

You can build the business, make the money, achieve the recognition, and check every box you set out to check. But what good is any of it if you lose yourself, your relationships, your health, or the moments that make life worth living along the way?

Don’t get so caught up building a great life that you forget to actually LIVE it. Keep growing, pushing & setting ambitious goals.

But remember, the person you become along the way matters just as much as what you accomplish.

2027 is coming, but don’t rush past the life you’re living right now just to get there.

Squeeze the lemon… but make sure you taste it, too. 🍋
