I have an extensive background in residential construction; installation, maintenance and replacement of HVAC systems, Building and Zoning Admin and Inspector for a local municipality, and as a Home Inspector for real estate transactions as well as contientous homeowners. I grew up in South Warren County, where I was blessed with opportunities to hunt game rich hills, hardwood bottoms and ag fields (and OCCASIONALLY search a patch of kudzu for a wounded deer! IYKYK), and fish in bodies of water full of catfish, bream, bass and crappie...and alot of other critters, trust me! All these great experiences shaped many of my favorite memories.
