Just sold: 2532 W. Walnut St., Tampa. A duplex for $285,000.

My buyers had just moved to Tampa and wanted an investment property. This one had multiple offers, and we lost the bid twice. I kept in touch with the seller's agent the whole time, checking for updates and whether the deal was falling apart. Then it did, and we got our shot.

Inspections were a grind, with contractors and a structural engineer, but the property was solid and we moved forward.

It wasn't a million-dollar deal. It was one of the hardest I've ever done, and one of the most fulfilling.
