Broker and CEO of Cartwright Realty established in 2007. Hi, I'm Tiia! I was born and raised in Finland and moved to the US in high school.

I graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and worked for Arthur Andersen in public accounting in New York City right after college. After working in accounting and finance for several years, I longed for a career where I could have more human interaction. In 2006, I decided to leave finance and went to work for Rhonda Duffy of Duffy Realty of Atlanta, the # 1 agent for sold homes in the US. I listed around 600 while working for Rhonda. In 2007, I started Cartwright Realty in Tampa, FL, and have been consistently one of the top-producing agents in the area since then.
