$20k full crawlspace encapsulation just done in the past 4 weeks! Would you be happy with what you paid for after you get these pics? The area at the crawlspace entrance looked and smelled clean because who is crawling through a crawlspace? Oh, and no dehumidifier installed.

You know it's going to be a "good" inspection when

1- the water heater's metal flue pipe transitions to PVC and insulation is melting at the flue. (PVC is not rated for all gas appliance's exhuast due to the high heat produced)

2- there are no 15 amp breakers installed in the house, but the house is littered with 14 gauge wire. (If a wire is too thin for the breaker's amp rating, the wire can melt or cause a fire before the breaker trips)
