The Texas Desperados are expanding our front office operations as we prepare for our inaugural 2027 season in the American Arena League (AAL).

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven sales professionals to join our organization and help establish meaningful sponsorships and corporate partnerships throughout Lufkin, Angelina County, and surrounding East Texas communities.

CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

* Director of Sales – 1 Position
* Experienced Sales Team Members – 3 Positions

Ideal candidates should have a proven background in sales, business development, sponsorship acquisition, corporate partnerships, or relationship management. Established professional connections within the East Texas business community are highly desirable.

This is an opportunity to become part of a growing professional sports organization while helping local businesses expand their visibility, strengthen community relationships, and connect with fans throughout East Texas.
