Calling all pups and their people! Show off your furry friend’s Howl-O-Ween style at our Bark & Boo Parade! 🐶👻. Maybe you don’t have a pup but would love to see 27 dogs parade in the cutest costumes!! This is your sign!

📅 Tomorrow, October 28th
🕕 6PM-7PM (parade starts at 6:30PM!)
📍 Farmers Park in Harvest, a community in South Wolfforth inside FM 179 & FM 1585

🪑 Bring your lawn chairs and set up along the parade route!
🛍️ Pet vendors will be set up in the gathering area, so come shop and mingle with your four-legged friends!

At just 21 years old, my buyer did something different. He stopped thinking about buying his forever home and started thinking about building wealth through real estate.

We had two things to work around: cash on hand and a monthly budget. So we got strategic!

I teamed up with Cameron Lambo at CrossCountry Mortgage to explore financing options, including down payment assistance, while I focused on finding the right property and negotiating the best deal possible.

Here's how the numbers came together:

• $5,499 in down payment assistance through TSHAC
• $5,650 in negotiated seller credits
• $5,000 negotiated off the sales price
• JUST $693.05 out of pocket at closing!

And the icing on the cake? We secured a tenant for the other side of the duplex whose rent covers more than half of his monthly mortgage payment.

At 21, he now owns a duplex with a strategy that puts him on a path toward building wealth through real estate.

This is why I tell buyers not to count themselves out before they even start. You don't have to buy your forever home first. Sometimes, you just need the right plan, the right team, and a willingness to think differently.
