Exciting things are taking shape at APK!
We’re finalizing the design changes for our next small-footprint duplexes, building on what we learned from our demonstration model. Here’s a look at where we’re headed.
There’s more happening behind the scenes, and we’re looking forward to introducing some of the people and relationships helping bring this vision to life. We’ll share those announcements when the time is right. Stay tuned!
We want the opportunity to grow right alongside the housing.
We’re working to connect funding with consistent paid work for minority and diverse contractors, creating room for them to teach, hire and expand. Internships and hands-on learning can give the next generation a place to start, while experienced contractors gain a stronger foundation to grow their businesses.
The goal is more homes, stronger businesses and more people participating in the wealth created through development.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
This is innovation and economic inclusion. This is intentional development.
Concept rendering; final materials and details are being finalized.
