Sharing a few more photos of The Jefferson, which is also heading to closing today! ❤️ We are so excited for these buyers as they get ready to move into their beautiful new home!

🔥 This contemporary gas fireplace completely transforms the room and creates such a stunning focal point! And that gas stove with the vented hood? 🍳 These buyers will be ready to cook up their first meal in their new kitchen as soon as they move in!

Of course, new construction sometimes comes with a few last-minute surprises! 😅 The shower door originally arrived shattered, but our amazing vendor came through and got a replacement installed just ONE day before closing! 🙌 Now that's teamwork and getting it done for our buyers! 💪✨

🏡✨ CLOSING DAY for the Monroe! 🔑🎉

The walkthrough with the buyers was done this morning, and we are SO happy these buyers get to close on their beautiful new home today! ❤️

This first floor came together beautifully, right down to all the special details! 😍 From the gorgeous farmhouse sink and stunning quartz countertops to the Café white appliances (the dishwasher has 2 drawers) and walk-in pantry with its beautiful obscure glass door panel, every detail makes this kitchen extra special. 🤍

The gas fireplace with its rustic barn beam adds so much character, and the den with French doors is the perfect finishing touch! 🔥🚪

Of course, not every detail has to be finished before move-in! 😉 We can't wait to see how these buyers transform the mudroom, which is an empty canvas just waiting for their personal touch. And that tile backsplash? The buyer told me she had just picked it out, so we are excited to see what she chose! 🏡✨

There is nothing better than seeing a home come together and knowing a family is about to start its next chapter in a home designed just for them. Wishing these buyers many happy years and wonderful memories in their new home! 🥂❤️
