DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services recently brokered the $8.59 million sale of a 29,932-square-foot freestanding industrial building in Santa Ana, California, equating to $286 per square foot.

Situated on 1.67 acres, the property features dock-high and grade-level loading, heavy power and an oversized yard. Its central Orange County location provides convenient access to the 405 and 55 freeways, John Wayne Airport and the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
