What if the dream isn’t a bigger house… but a better way to live? 🌿🏡

I think we’re going to see more families asking a very different real estate question:

“How can we live closer… without living on top of each other?”

Imagine grandparents nearby. Adult kids having a place of their own. Cousins growing up together. Shared gardens, Sunday dinners and an extra set of hands when life gets busy… while everyone still has their own front door, privacy and independence.

That’s the beauty of the family compound.

And it doesn’t necessarily mean buying 20 acres and building an estate. It could be multiple dwellings on one property, an ADU, a guest house, a duplex… or simply buying strategically with the future in mind.

For me, this isn’t just a real estate trend.

It’s designing property around the life you actually want to live.

Redoing a laundry is not to be breezed over. We spend more time there than we’d like I know. So what are on your dream lists for laundry must haves?

Sometimes we think so much about a closet or built-in’s on the sides or base of the bed we forget to use over the top now in California we’ll have to get it extra reinforced because of course we tend to not put things above our head in a bedroom because of earthquakes, but is there a way Ask your Contractor to secure something that could really make a huge difference for storage solutions

Total including door stain and hanging $1000.

Considering the front of home for driving by, video and photography marketing and the listing online itself are so important. $1000 is absolutely worth it.
