Kim Kardashian bought Cindy Crawford’s Malibu home for almost $30M under the asking price…

In 2015, Cindy and husband Rande Ge**er paid over $50M for a 6-acre clifftop estate next door to them. They split it into two lots, kept the smaller one, and sold the main house to hedge fund manager Adam Weiss for $45M.

Weiss listed it in 2022 for $99.5M, dropped it to $90M, then accepted Kim’s off-market offer of $70.4M. It was the most expensive home sale in Malibu that year, and Cindy still lives right next door.

The Mediterranean-style villa sits on Encinal Bluffs. Inside there’s an open-plan main floor, a spiral staircase beneath original wood beams, a gym with vaulted ceilings and a media room. The primary suite has its own fireplace and two spa-style bathrooms. Outside there’s a pool and spa, a cabana with a fireplace, tennis courts, wraparound decks and a private path down to a secluded beach shared with neighbours like Leonardo DiCaprio.

Tyler Perry lists his massive Beverly Hills mansion for $57 million.

Perry bought the land in 2004 for $4.3 million and finished the mansion in 2012. Oprah and Barack Obama have both stayed here, and in 2020 it became a safe haven for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after they stepped back from royal life. He’s now selling ahead of a planned move to Puerto Rico.

The estate sits on 22.5 gated acres. It has a library, a private movie theatre, a bar, a swimming pool, a guesthouse and separate staff quarters.

Aaron Paul just took a $2.5 million loss on his LA home 😳

Aaron Paul bought this 1922 home from Jim Parsons in 2019. Robert Pattinson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have also owned it. After the 2025 wildfires, Paul moved his family to Paris and listed it for $10 million, then finally sold for $7.5 million.

The Spanish-style home has wood-beam ceilings and stained-glass windows inside, with a pool, a koi pond, a cold plunge and an amphitheatre outside, all looking out over downtown LA.

Jim Carrey just listed his Maui beachfront estate for $35 million. 😍🌺

He paid $16.5 million for it in November 2016, so the asking price is more than double. The listing came days after news broke that he’d secretly married longtime partner Min Ah in a private Los Angeles ceremony.

The main house, designed by Ike Kligerman Barkley, sits under a giant thatched roof framed in Douglas fir and lined in woven bamboo. Inside, the great room rises into exposed trusses and opens out to a covered stone lanai. Upstairs, the primary suite has glass panels that fold back to a deck over the sand.

Out back, a freeform pool with a hidden grotto, a slide, and an elevated spa sits between the main house and a separate two-bedroom guest house. It’s all on nearly an acre with about 170 feet of beach frontage, and it’s being sold fully furnished.
