Did you know that Prop 37 is designed to help make homeownership more accessible without relying on taxpayer dollars?

đź’° No Direct Taxpayer Funding: The proposal uses revenue bonds financed by private investors, with participating homeowners responsible for repayment.

🛡️ Consumer Protections: The proposal includes independent annual audits, accountability measures, and fixed-rate financing protections for homebuyers.
