I’m so bad about remembering to post, but this one deserves a post even it’s a week and a half late! 😜 This was a special one! My sweet buyer prayed over this house. Initially we weren’t able to make a deal, but she kept praying. TWICE she watched online as the house status showed it went under contract then become availablie again. I learned from the listing agent that BOTH potential buyers backed out before they even had an inspection! I told her that is because my client is praying over this house and so they can keep accepting other offers but they’ll probably keep falling through because this is supposed to be my clients house! After that we were able to make a deal and got it closed in just a few weeks! This was a special closing for a special lady who did this all on her own for her and her kids! I’m so excited to have been able to be a part of such a special time in their lives and I’m so happy for them to settle in to their beautiful new home! ❤️

What a great day for this amazing family to close on the perfect house. God really had His hand in this one, right down to the little details. Closing day is bitter sweet with clients like these because I’m going to miss not getting to see them as regularly. But I’m so so so excited for them! Thanks to Brandy Williamson (sellers agent) and Lindsay Newsom with Central Title for helping make this transaction so smooth!! And congrats to the Little family! Longview is lucky to have y’all!
