One of the things I've always loved about Long Beach is its incredible variety of historic homes. From Craftsman bungalows with welcoming front porches to Spanish Revival homes with beautiful tilework and arches, there's so much architectural character throughout the city.

After nearly 30 years in Long Beach real estate, I definitely developed some favorite neighborhoods for historic homes.
