After a lot of thought, prayer, hard work and excitement for what’s ahead, Richard and I are so incredibly excited to share that we are starting our own firm, Southern Oak Realty 🏡🖤🌳

As we begin our transition we want to also recognize our Broker In Charge with Divine. For the past three years Allie and Divine Real Estate have meant so much to us. Allie took a chance on us, gave us opportunities to grow and taught us so much along the way. We have made wonderful memories, built relationships that we will always cherish and learned lessons that will stay with us throughout our careers. For all of that, we will forever be grateful. We love you Allie! 🧡

As we turn the page and begin this new chapter, one thing will never change- our clients will ALWAYS be the heart of what we do. We’re going to continue working hard, showing up and giving our clients the same care and dedication that brought us this far.

One thing I always tell my clients…
Sometimes things happen for a reason. And sometimes things DON’T happen for a reason.

The house you wanted may not work out, an offer may not get accepted, or the timing just isn’t right. It can be disappointing in the moment, but I’ve learned that it’s often because something bigger and better is on the horizon.
