Tempus has acquired Excelsior Crossings, a two-building, 546,548-square-foot Class A office campus in Hopkins, Minnesota, for $66 million.

The campus is 98% leased, anchored by A+ rated U.S. Bank with a full roster of credit-rated tenants and sits in the single best-performing office submarket in the Twin Cities. This is exactly the kind of opportunity we look for on behalf of our investors: credit-rated cash flow, protected downside, and strong upside potential.

Leased up ahead of schedule!

The first two buildings of our four-building acquisition in Rogers, AR are officially leased, a 3,750 SF building to a local general contractor and a 32,800 SF building to Southern Pipe & Supply Co.

Both properties leased faster than expected, thanks in large part to the great work from the team at Colliers Arkansas. Grateful for the partnership!
