Shout out to Tammie & Josh with Howard Hanna for the collaboration 🫶 My buyers had tried for multiple properties on Grand Island - at one point we offered 100k over asking (all cash) & we still lost (because we had an inspection contingency). Properties in the 500-700k mark are still getting multiple offers!
