Dick attended and graduated from both the University of Idaho and Harvard Business School and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975. Becka graduated from Lewiston High School in 2002 and came to work for Ray J. White & Sons at the age of 18. She was first licensed in 2004 and has now been with the company for 18 years.
