You don't come across a house like this in Rehoboth Beach every day. 👀🏡

Three stories, an unconventional layout, and some seriously interesting spaces with incredible potential. In fact, with today's building regulations, a home like this couldn't be built the same way in Rehoboth Beach today.

Before renovations get underway at our Cookman Street project, we're giving you a look inside the home as it stands today.

In Part 1, Garrison Homes Vice President Eric Brough walks through the first floor and discusses plans to make the existing spaces more functional, including smarter storage, a relocated laundry area, and a dedicated drop zone.

And this is just the first floor! Wait until you see some of the unique spaces upstairs.

Follow along for the rest of our pre-renovation walkthrough as Eric shares what's in store for this Rehoboth Beach home. 🏡

A waterfront homesite deserves a home that makes the most of it. 🌊🏡

From the elevated design and timeless coastal architecture to the beautiful natural surroundings, this Garrison custom home is a great example of how thoughtful design can complement an exceptional location.

When building waterfront, every detail matters. How the home sits on the lot, how the rooms connect to the outdoors, and how the design takes advantage of the surrounding views.

Because the best custom homes don't just look beautiful. They make the most of where they're built.

The details are coming together at 505 King Charles. ✨

Arched doorways framing the view down the hall, a tall stairwell window letting the light in, and a teal tile accent in the shower that we can’t wait to see finished.

Stay tuned for more updates on this beautiful Rehoboth Beach build! 🛠️

Natural light isn’t something you add later. It’s something you build for. ☀️

Where your windows go, how big they are, and which way they face all get decided before a single wall goes up. When a home is designed around your lot and the path of the sun, you feel the difference every single morning.

After years of searching, the Drakes didn’t just find a house. They created one that feels exactly right for them. 🏡

That’s what makes the final details so rewarding. Every space, every feature, and every decision came together around the way they wanted to live, from everyday routines to time spent with family.

But a beautiful finished home is only part of the story. Just as important is how you feel getting there.

We’re grateful Gary and Denise trusted Garrison Homes to bring their vision to life at Ingrams Point, and even more grateful to hear they’d recommend the experience to others.

Take one final look inside the Drake Residence and hear Gary reflect on the home they created together. 🙌

When your reading nook looks like this, it's hard to leave. 📖 Built-in shelving, a window seat with hidden storage, and a view of the trees right outside, this is the kind of spot you plan an afternoon around.

There’s no better compliment than hearing a homeowner felt taken care of from start to finish. ⭐️

Clear communication, a team that’s there when you need them, and a home built with the same care we’d expect for our own. That’s the experience we want every Garrison homeowner to have.

Thank you for trusting our team and for taking the time to share such kind words. 🏡
