Kansas City's market slowed down in September. Slower isn't the same as weaker.
There are 2.5 months of supply here, about half the 4.9 months nationally. The median price is $315,000, up 4.7% from a year ago. Sellers got 96.7% of original list price, and homes spent 35 days on market.
What did change: contracts were down 15.8%. That's a slower market, not a weak one.
