🚨 Hidden Water Damage Caught During a Home Inspection! 💧🏠

What you can’t see could be costing you thousands! 💸

During this home inspection, I discovered moisture leaking from the A/C evaporator coil onto the subfloor. Using thermal imaging, I was able to identify moisture-related temperature differences in the affected area AND on the garage ceiling directly below! 🌡️📸
