Whoop whoop!

🏡 𝟲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄
From what I’m seeing with buyers right now, these are the trends that matter most:

✔️ Flexible spaces – Home offices, bonus rooms, and layouts that adapt to real life
✔️ Quality over size – Buyers care more about craftsmanship than square footage
✔️ Curb appeal still wins – First impressions absolutely matter
✔️ Comfort vs flashy – Homes that feel warm and livable stand out
✔️ Energy efficiency – Smart upgrades and lower utility costs are big selling points
✔️ Lifestyle & location – Neighborhood vibe matters just as much as the house

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just watching the market, knowing what buyers actually want makes all the difference.

I help people buy and sell homes… and this little guy takes that job very seriously.

So if you hear someone talking about moving, needing more space, downsizing, or “just looking”… send them my way.

I’ll take care of them like they’re family. Promise.

𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗨𝗬 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧🤔🏡

This is one of the biggest questions I get from move-up buyers.

The honest answer? It depends on your finances, the market, and how comfortable you are with timing.

Selling first can feel safer financially. Buying first can give you more control over finding “the one.”

There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy, but there is a right strategy for you. If you’re even thinking about making a move, let’s talk through your options and build a plan that makes sense for your situation.
