I’ve lived in Las Vegas for over 50 years, raised here, went from grade school, Junior High, High School to 1st year of College at UNLV. So, I know this town very well indeed. (Yes, I have stories!) I am self employed, so I have lots of time to work with you to find you exactly what you are looking for. I’ve been a realtor since 2006. Started with ReMax Advantage, great training for a couple years, then went to Realty One Group for over 11 years and now recently joined my friends at Resolution Realty and excited to grow my business relationships even further. Whether it’s a rental you would like, buying your first home or upgrading to a bigger home, downsizing to a smaller one, listing your current home, relocating from a different state, or help decorating your place, I’m your girl! I love meeting new people and I care very much to give you the highest quality service possible. Big congratulations to our buyers, who recently made the move to Vegas to be closer to family! Their plan was to rent — but after giving it more thought, they decided that if the right home and the right deal came along, they'd go for it. They took that leap of faith, and now they're proud first-time homeowners! 🏡

We're beyond grateful they trusted us with such an important purchase. They were a delight every step of the way — relaxed, kind, and just plain fun to work with!

🏡 SOLD — and this one meant the world to me.

Yesterday I handed the keys to friends who'd been waiting a long time for this. What a journey — delays, hurdles, a loan that tested us at every turn, moments we all doubted it would happen. But we kept going: one document, one phone call, one extension at a time. And yesterday it came together exactly as it was meant to. In God's time.

The right loan officer was everything. Samira Lopez Lazo with Guild Mortgage earned a new name from us — SAMIRACLE — because she truly worked miracles. I've never seen anyone go so far above and beyond. She walked Dad through every step, kind and patient throughout, and she even said she wants to stay in touch because she genuinely likes this family. I can't praise her enough.

Joseph, the sellers' realtor, was amazing too — never lost his cool, even when his seller didn't make it easy. When realtors get along, everything flows. Kathe Stevens and her team at Chicago Title were efficient and friendly, and my TC, Kim, kept every file, signature, and detail on track. I couldn't do it without her. THANK YOU ALL.

Teamwork. No one does anything alone — this took a village.

I treat every client, friend, and referral the way I'd want to be treated. But this one wasn't just a transaction. She's my friend — someone I love, and I'd have been devastated if this hadn't come through for her and her family. When she trusted me with it, I felt the weight of that, and I carried it with gratitude the whole way. She was so loyal to me, and I didn't want to let her or her family down.

The walkthrough the day before closing — watching them measure, plan, and get excited because it was really happening — was priceless. That's why I love what I do.
